The Association of IFCAs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Training Manager to lead the development and delivery of a national training programme supporting Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authorities across England.

This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in strengthening compliance and enforcement capability, ensuring IFCA officers are equipped with the skills, knowledge and confidence to protect our marine environment.

The role is hosted by Sussex IFCA for employment purposes, with national responsibilities through the Association of IFCAs.

💰 Salary: Grade 7/8 (£46,142 – £55,617 pay award pending)

📃 Contract: Full-time, Permanent

📍 Location: Flexible / Remote (with regular travel across England)
